बुलडाणा / जळगाव ;- येथील डॉक्टरांना ५० रुपये खर्चाचा सामान्य मास्क २८० रुपयात विक्री केल्याबद्दल डॉ. जे. बी. राजपूत व सोनवणे यांच्यातील अॉडिओ क्लिपमधील संभाषण कोणाबद्दल असावे ही उत्सुकता होती. या विषयी आज एका नामांकित वृत्तपत्रात बातमी प्रसिद्ध झाली आहे. पण जळगावहून मास्क सप्लाय करणारे डॉक्टर कोण ? असा प्रश्न होता. यावरील पडदा उठला आहे. ‘केसरीराज’ कडे बुलडाणा आयएमएने जळगावच्या डॉक्टरला व्हाट्स ॲपवर दिलेली नोटीस हाती आली आहे. या नोटीसमध्ये मास्क तयार करणारे जळगावचे सुप्रसिध्द महाजन कुटुंबिय असल्याचे दिसते. यावर महाजन कुटुंबाने वकिलामार्फत वा स्वतः काहीही खुलासा केलेला दिसत नाही.

On 19 March 2020 your employee Mr. Sonawane met me at IMA Hall Buldana, and told about your company products N95 Mask and Jasleen Covid 19 face protector and also told your message, that you want to meet me and office bearer of IMA on 21 March 2020 to do the deal with us about your company above products.

Accordingly , you had been to Buldana on 21 March 2020 and contacted to me and we met with office bearer of IMA Buldana branch at IMA Hall, Malkapur road Buldana and you have shown us your samples of N95 Mask and Jasleen covid 19face protector and demonstrated us practical how to use N95 mask and Jasleen Covid 19 face protector. In that meeting the deal was finalized between you and us, that you will sell N95 Mask at Rs. 200/- and Jasleen Covid 19 protector at Rs. 50/- plus GST Rs.30/-extra.ie.Total deal of Both above mentioned products will cost at Rs. 280/- and Bill will be issued by the name of Jasleen Endosurgicals Jalgaon.

And even you assured us to supply very good quality of N95 Mask and Jasleen Covid 19 face protector for entire IMA Doctors of all IMA branches of Buldana district. And in front of you I have asked to all doctors from Buldana district to purchase your Jasleen Endosurgicals manufactured N95 Mask and Jasleen Covid 19 face protector. In that meeting minimum 1000/- quantity of N95 mask and Jasleen Covid 19 fece protector each decided to be purchase for the entire IMA Doctors of Buldana District.

After that on 7th April you have posted your own video , demonstrating how to use of N95 mask and Jasleen Covid 19 face protector to all doctors of Buldana district. And also requested to all IMA branches doctors , send order on their own letter head of required quantity of Jasleen Covid 19 face protector only , for the purpose to take permission from police authority for transport of above material to Buldana. Accordingly all branches doctors posted you orders on their respective letter pads.

On 8 th April your employee Mr. Sonawane delivered only Jasleen Covid 19 face protector of Buldana and Mehekar doctors to Dr. Jaysing Meher at Buldana. He also delivered Chikhali doctors Jasleen Covid 19 face protector to Dr. Maroti chate at Buldana and also delivered Nandura, Shegaon and Khamgaon branches material to Dr. Kawadkar at Khamgaon.And told to Dr. Meher that within couple of day Jasleen endosurgicals will deliver N95 Masks to all doctors of Buldana district and Mr. Sonawane insisted to pay total amount of N95 Masks in advance along with the payment of Jasleen Covid 19 face protector in cash from all doctors of Buldana district, accordingly all doctors have paid total amount of each N95 mask and each Jasleen Covid19 protector ie.Rs.280/-of both in cash. And he had given the receipt of Jasleen Covid 19 protector only, stating cost of total Rs. 280/-each and that to by the name of Aryan Eco resort, Jalgaon, which was showing GST no. and Pan no of HUF, and Mr. Sonawane went away.
But you have not supplied N95 Masks till today to us. even though your employee told to Dr. Meher on 8th April that you will supply N95 mask with in couple of days.

When all over the District Doctors open the boxes of Jasleen Covid 19 protector, which you have supplied through your employee Mr Sonawane & he have delivered all over district, every body was shocked and surprised by seeing the very low quality of your products, everyone was called me and told about your third class quality of protector which you had supplied. As I was in quarantine up to 11th April 2020 , So I could not able to see the Protector which you have supplied to Doctors of all over the District.

On 12 th April 2020, I saw your Jasleen Covid 19 protector , I was also shocked by seeing the low quality of it. And also surprised by seeing the Bill of Aryan Eco resort, Jalgaon. After that I have tried to contact you on mobile and even at your office, but you were not taking my phone.

Second day ie. on 13 th April again I have tried to contact you but you were not taking my phone, lastly I called your employee Mr. Sonawane in afternoon and talked about your low quality protector which you have supplied and I have kept message with your employee to contact me and also to repay all amount deducting Rs. Fifty, which is cost decided as per our deal during your visit to Buldana, but you have not even taken care to contact me, though I have asked all Doctors from Buldana district to purchase your Jasleen Endosurgicals manufactured N95 mask and Jasleen Covid 19 protector.

As per your messages cum notice dated 13 th & 15 th April,which you have posted me on my wats up, I have not at all defamed you and your Jasleen Endosurgicals Jalgaon, rather you have supplied very low quality Jasleen Covid 19 protector only which was not as per the sample, you shown to us at your Buldana visit and supplied below quality, substandard protector which hardly cost not more than Rs. 20/- each, but you have charged exhorbitant amount, by deceiving all our fraternity Doctors from Buldana District.

There is no personal rivalry with you, but being Chairman of Federation of IMA branches of Buldana district, I always believe to help my fraternity doctors and to safeguard their rights. Considering the criticism about your low quality Jasleen Covid 19 protectors material which you have supplied, from all Doctors of Buldana district, it is my responsibility to give justice to all my fraternity IMA Doctors of Buldana district.

We all Doctors from Buldana district, apprehend that ,you have played a mischief with us and deceived us.
You have issued a Bill of so called Aryan Eco resort Jalgaon, it was not as per our contract and it has no permission to manufacture and sale Covid19 face Protector and N95 masks.

It’s a gentleman suggession to you being fraternity Doctor repay the all excess amount by deducting Rs. 50/- plus GST Rs. 30/- ie. Rs. 80/- means Rs. 200/- each to all entire Doctors from Buldana district. As follows, 👇👇
